Some people don't eat chocolate because they think that it will add several kilos to their weight. But in reality it is not so.
Chocolate doesn't lead to overweight if to use it in limited dozes. Chocolate is not the reason of blackheads. But some people have chocolate allergy. By the way, thanks to the great number of calories contained in chocolate (400-500 kilocalories in 100 grams of the product) even the little amount of chocolate is able to substitute eating other products conserving the sensation of satiation. That is why doctors include bitter chocolate to the diets that are favourable for loosing weight.
Chocolate is good antidepressant. It contains the elements that stimulate the activity of nerve cells in the result of which a person becomes happier. According to researches people who eat chocolates 2-3 times a month feel better than those who don't.
The use of chocolate several times a day may lead to overweight, the increase of the level of cholesterol in blood, allergic reactions and even to pain in liver. Excessive eating of chocolates may be the reason of depression and bad mood. It happens because of the substance that has cacao oil.
They say that chocolate provokes addiction. But it appears rarely and during the use of chocolate in big dozes: not less than 500 grams a day during several months and even years.
